Poplar Hill wrapped up the end of their first fall fundraiser with the Coyote Dash on October 3, 2025. PHE students, families, and staff spent the last day before Fall Break celebrating with a glow run.
Throughout the fundraiser, classes were competing to see if Team Eaton or Team Hale would come out on top. Team Eaton led the competition throughout Week 1. Team Hale came back during Week 2 and secured the win, out raising Team Eaton. The prize? Dr. Eaton would have to be slimed in a schoolwide assembly.
Our PHE families took the goal to raise $30,000 for a digital display and instructional materials very seriously smashing the goal early in Week 2. Dr. Eaton issued a new challenge. If we raised $38,000, both Dr. Eaton and Dr. Hale would be slimed. If we reached $40,000, Officer Stucky would also join the mess.
Once again, our families met the challenge and raised over $40,000 for PHE! So what's next? There will be an assembly on October 24th where Dr. Eaton, Dr. Hale, and Officer Stucky will be slimed. Check back for pictures and videos!
