I'm Ms. Distad, your friendly neighborhood 5th grade Language Arts and Social Studies teacher at Poplar Hill! I've been teaching for 19 years (yep, I started when flip phones were cool), and I'm originally from the sunny shores of California and the mitten-shaped state of Michigan. I've called this wonderful place home for the past 4 years, and I’m so excited to kick off another amazing school year with your kiddos!
